Campground Policies

These policies may be updated at any time without notice.

• Arrival & Departure Information

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Check-in after 9:00 pm must be arranged in advance.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out arrangements must be made with the office prior to 11:00 am.  Additional charges may apply.
    
    

  Visitor Information

  • Non-registered persons will be considered visitors and will need to purchase a day or overnight pass.
  • Visitors must check in at the office and obtain a car tag.  Cars without a valid tag are subject to towing at any time at your cost.
  • Daily visitors are $5.00 per person per day or $10 per carload, and must exit by 10 pm.
  • Overnight visitors are $10.00 per person per night.  
  • Number of visitors is limited and must be noted at time of check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    
    

  General Policies

  • We DO NOT allow firewood to be brought into the resort to help control the spread of tree disease. Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits and must always be attended.  All fires must be put out prior to leaving your site. Violators will be charged $25.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Violators risk eviction. Minor children must be back to and stay at your camp site by the evening quiet time unless involved in a park sponsored activity.
  • Speeding will NOT be tolerated. The speed limit is 5 mph.
  • Golf carts must be driven by licensed drivers only, insured and follow the speed limit. No driving carts after dark.
  • Offensive music, disorderly behavior or vulgar language will not be tolerated.
  • This is a family campground. With respect to Michigan's Marijuana laws, we respectfully request you do not smoke in congested areas of the campground. 
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the appropriate behavior of their kids. Parent or guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children.
  • DO NOT ride bikes on the grass, the basketball court or the playground.
  • Garbage is collected throughout the day. Please put your trash bags at the pole on your site. Please don’t put trash in the fire pit.
  • All types of fireworks including legal fireworks are PROHIBITED.
  • Maximum of 8 people allowed per site. This is a state law.
  • We reserve the right to evict anyone that chooses not to abide by our rules.
  • Events: Any personal event planned at the campground must be approved in advance of your visit.  We are happy to help coordinate sites and locations for larger group get together's as availability allows.
  • Day Use: Feel free to come and enjoy the campground, even if you're not camping! $20/day for a car load up to 5 persons. Must check in and resister at front office upon arrival. NO DAY USE PASSES ON WEEKENDS.
    
    

  Pet Policies

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times.
  • Only 2 dogs are permitted per site.
  • Certain breeds may be restricted.
  • Do not leave your pet unattended on your site.
  • Excessive barking, growling, or any aggressive behavior is not acceptable.
  • Please do not tie your pet to campground property.
  • Please clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet waste. 
  • No cats allowed in the campground.
    
    

  Lake Policies

  • There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • For your child’s safety, parents must be present to supervise their children when swimming. Children under 16 may not swim without an adult.
  • Children must wear swim diapers if they are not toilet trained. 
  • Glass containers not allowed in the beach area.
  • Swimming is only allowed in the designated swimming area. Violators risk eviction from campground. 
  • Youth 17 and under must wear a life jacket and adults must have a life jacket on board any flotation device outside the designated swimming area.
  • Trampoline: Maximum 6 persons allowed at a time, no diving, must be age 7 and up to use.
  • Boat rentals are for 1 hour, children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. All boaters are to have a life vest.
  • Fishing is catch and release only. No fishing license required.
  • Outside watercraft must be inspected  and cleaned, if necessary, prior to using on the lake.
  • Liability waivers must be signed prior to using a boat on the lake, either personal or campground owned.
    
    

  Sleeping Cabins

  • All cabins are 1 room and sleep 5 in comfort, and include small refrigerator, a/c, fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table.
  • Please supply your own bedding for 1 double, 3 twin beds.
  • All cabins require a $150.00 credit card authorization as a refundable security deposit, due at time of arrival.
  • No Tents allowed on Lake Site Cabins.
  • Tents OK at off-lake cabins for an additional charge of $10.00 per night.
  • No pets or smoking allowed in our cabins.
  • Outdoor cooking only. 
  • 2 night minimum, 3 nights on Holidays.
    
    

  The LAKE Loft

  • Completely renovated studio LOFT space offers a unique way to enjoy our campground.
  • RESERVATIONS: Please contact our office directly for availability and to make reservations.
  • RATES: $149/night + cleaning fee $40, Holiday Rates apply.
  • The Loft sleeps 2 (adults only) and include small refrigerator, a/c, fireplace, Coffer maker, TV w/ Direct TV service, WIFI, a very comfortable hide a bed and a FULL Bathroom. Outside is the private 12’x16’ deck overlooking the lake and a gas grill, live edge wood bar and patio furniture.
  • Please supply your own bedding for queen bed.
  • The LOFT requires a $150.00 credit card authorization (or Cash) as a refundable security deposit, due at time of arrival. Authorization will be voided if the LOFT is found to be in the same great condition after your stay.
  • No pets, children or smoking allowed in our cabins.
  • Outdoor cooking only. Propane provided.
  • 2 night minimum, 3 nights on Holidays.
  • Guests are limited to 2 (adults ONLY) and need to check in with the office and abide by our visitor rules regarding departures.
